2. Anonymous Triage Engine Data Handling

When utilizing our Legal Triage Engine in Anonymous Mode:

• No name, telephone number, or email address is collected or associated with the record.
• IP addresses are discarded or masked prior to database persistence.
• You are assigned a pseudonymous Case Token (e.g. VK-TR-XXXXXXXX) held exclusively on your client browser. Server logs possess zero identifying personal data.

3. Document Vault Encryption at Rest (AES-256-GCM)

All case exhibits, legal notices, and agreements uploaded to the repository vault are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption. Files are decrypted exclusively upon authenticated request by the verified account owner, assigned counsel, or authorized platform audit officers.
